I believe the future of healthcare is personalized.
Every person has a unique biology, lifestyle, health history, and vision for the future. That's why I believe meaningful health outcomes begin by understanding the individual—not by offering the same recommendations to everyone.
I founded AGELESS to create a different kind of experience—one built on listening first, understanding second, and developing personalized strategies that support healthy aging, long-term vitality, and overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I met countless individuals who were doing everything they could to stay healthy. They exercised regularly, ate well, invested in supplements, and took care of themselves—yet they still struggled with low energy, changing metabolism, hormone concerns, poor recovery, brain fog, or simply not feeling like themselves.
Too often, they were given generalized advice or told their symptoms were simply part of getting older.
I knew there had to be a better approach.
That belief became the foundation of AGELESS.
My goal is to help individuals better understand their health, identify the factors that may be influencing how they feel, and develop personalized strategies that support healthy aging through evidence-informed care.
Exceptional health isn't built through quick fixes.
It is built through personalized, evidence-informed care that evolves over time.
I believe prevention is more powerful than reaction.
I believe healthy aging begins long before disease develops.
I believe every recommendation should begin with understanding the individual—not the treatment.
And I believe your health is one of the greatest investments you'll ever make.
My passion for healthy aging extends far beyond my practice.
As a mother, wellness professional, and lifelong learner, I understand the importance of balancing health with the demands of everyday life.
I believe that true longevity isn't just about adding years to life—it's about creating the energy, resilience, and vitality to fully enjoy the people and moments that matter most.
Originally from Vienna, Austria, I have spent more than two decades working across nutrition, wellness, medical aesthetics, and healthy aging.
My career has taken me from Europe to New York City, where I have continued expanding my education while helping individuals take a more proactive approach to their health.
Throughout this journey, one lesson has remained constant:
No two people are alike.
Every individual deserves care that reflects their unique biology, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
Today, every consultation I provide reflects the same belief that inspired me to create AGELESS: every individual deserves care that is as unique as they are.
I believe healthcare is constantly evolving, and continuing education is essential to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
